No More Bullshit Intensive
Shame, guilt, anger, fear, and the patterns that formed who we are.
So many of the people who come to me can explain their own patterns better than most books could, and they still end up right back in them. The No More Bullshit Intensive is where we stop talking around that. It's a small group, inside my Skool community, and we work our way up one level at a time, starting at the bottom.
What this actually is
This is the deepest work I offer, and it's the work I'm most proud of.
We start at the bottom of the Levels of Consciousness chart, in shame and guilt, and move up one level a month. Along the way we look at why the same patterns keep showing up and where they got wired in, and then we do the work of changing them.
That means trauma work and shadow work. It means learning what your nervous system has been doing to protect you all these years (so much of what we call "who I am" turns out to be a survival response). You can't think your way out of a physiological state, so we give your body practices it can actually feel.
Then we bring in herbs, energy work, meditation, sound, and the intuitive side that a lot of you have felt coming online without knowing what to do with it. A lot of you have told me about strange things you've experienced and never said out loud to anyone else. This is a safe place to finally talk about them.
You don't need any spiritual background for this, and you definitely don't need to have your life together. What you do need is a willingness to look honestly at yourself, even on the days it's uncomfortable.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Most of us learned shame young. A child can't say "my parent is overwhelmed," so they decide something about THEM must be the problem. Years later, it shows up looking like this.
Keeping everyone else comfortable so you stay safe.
Compliments, help, love, support. Taking any of it feels awkward.
Right up until the burnout and resentment hit. And then again.
Like it has to be worked for instead of freely given.
Things finally start going well, and somehow you derail them.
That constant feeling you should be doing more.
Every one of these made sense once. They were how a younger version of you stayed safe, and they can be updated now that you're not that kid anymore.
The map
The Levels of Consciousness are our map. It's a map of emotional and energetic states, and it has nothing to do with anyone's worth. Most of us have spent time at the bottom of it, even without the words for it.
Tap any level to see what it focuses on.
This is the integration level. Everything you've built, the practices, the awareness, the healing, becomes how you actually move through the world. Emotional clarity, intentional choice, inner authority. You stop bracing against life and start moving with it. Completing Level 9 is an invitation to Level 10.
The fog lifts. Decisions come easier, and old patterns stop feeling like you. This level is about seeing clearly what drains you, what strengthens you, and what no longer belongs, and stepping into self-leadership guided by your inner wisdom instead of outside noise. Power leaks get named and patched, and intuition becomes a tool you trust.
This is where healing moves out of your head and into how you live. Willingness opens the door, and acceptance lets you walk through it. This level anchors regulation into the body through somatic practices, heart coherence, and intentional movement, and takes the meditation and energy work further toward self-directed healing.
Neutrality gives you room to breathe. This level teaches you to handle triggers without collapsing, respond with clarity instead of reacting from old wounds, and keep your energy instead of leaking it. The three trigger types, the 10-second reset, and deeper energetic and perceptual work support the move into self-led living.
Courage is the first level where the nervous system starts believing it can handle life instead of defending against it. This level introduces the mother-child bond and reparenting, takes the energy perception work into psychometry, and brings in Donna Eden's daily energy practices for moving and healing energy within your own body.
You're out of pure survival mode. This level covers anger and pride as activated fear, micro-boundaries, manifesting through energetic resonance, sound healing instruments and frequencies, the pendulum, your weekly sit spot in nature, reading food labels, and your first two energy perception practices. Daily Tai Chi begins.
The first real healing signs appear. Fear and desire get named for what they are. You'll start tracking the signs and signals around you, look at the energy of your home and what you take in, and get your first introduction to food as energy. Health and mood trackers join the toolkit.
Grief is bigger than loss, and apathy is more than not caring. This level names what's actually happening in your body and introduces the nervous system as the mechanism underneath every pattern you carry. New practices include energetic clearing, intentional time in nature, and the beginning of your relationship with the living world.
Where does it all begin? Right here, at the bottom of the map. We name what shame and guilt actually are, how they live in your body, and where the patterns that formed you came from. You'll also get your first two energetic practices to anchor every day going forward.
The early levels are heavy, and they need to be. We start at the bottom so we don't have to stay there.
How a month works
I set it up this way on purpose. When you're doing hard inner work, it helps to know what's coming. For the first several months, every month follows this same rhythm, and we move up one level at a time. As the work settles in, the structure gets more tailored to each person, depending on where you are and what you need from me.
I teach the level we're in. It usually runs one to two hours, depending on how many questions come up (and there are usually plenty).
We go back over the material, check in on the workbook, and talk about whatever got stirred up. This is where the group starts to really know each other.
A 30-minute check-in with the whole group, then one-on-one time with me, where we look at what's going on in YOUR life specifically.
You've got your workbook and your morning and evening journaling, plus a private student portal to keep track of it all. The practices build as we go. Level 1 gives you a morning light practice to start the day in your own energy, and a rooting practice for when life gets too loud.
Before you decide
I ask everyone who joins to commit to five months. There's no contract. You can leave whenever you want, and I'll never try to guilt you into staying. But five months is about how long it takes for this work to take root. You'll see big changes before that, but the deeper changes take time to really take hold, and I'd rather tell you that up front. After that, whether you keep going is up to you.
We do real shadow work in here. We look at the parts of ourselves we've kept hidden, sometimes even from ourselves, and at the patterns it's easier to blame on everyone else. Some weeks that's uncomfortable. That discomfort is often a sign something is moving, and it's often right where we've quit things before.
Not everyone makes it all the way through, and I understand why - this is hard work. The ones who stay with it are seeing real changes in their lives, and I'm so proud of them.
From inside the intensive
"Before joining, my nervous system was so fried that I was experiencing non-epileptic seizures. Now, I'm no longer having convulsions, and I can feel my feet on a regular basis. If you're feeling worn out and tired of fighting your demons alone, I can't recommend this enough. Robin has created a space full of love and support, and her mentorship has truly been life-saving for me."Current NMBS student
I don't make medical promises and I never will. Every body is different. I share this so you can see what can happen when a nervous system finally gets a chance to come down out of survival mode.
"Robin's program is the glue that holds us together to do the amazing things we've been doing. Healing our lives by putting trust issues out there for others to see, learning to take care of ourselves, hanging that shadow self out to dry, learning to meditate, learning ways to heal our bodies, and supporting each other when needed."Current NMBS student
"Being part of the NMBS Intensive is definitely worth the money. I am learning and actually enjoying the process. And being able to apply what I'm learning to my life can't be measured... Yep, worth every penny."Current NMBS student
The money part
I want to talk about this plainly, because you deserve to know exactly what you're looking at. The intensive lives inside the VIP tier of Granny Wisdom, Hippie Vibes. Seats are limited because everyone in the group gets 1:1 time with me, and I prepare for each person.
VIP membership
Goes to $79 a month on October 15. Lock in the lower price before that.
I'm not doing this to rush anybody. That kind of marketing isn't who I am. The early price is there because I need time to get ready for you, and knowing who's coming by mid-October gives me room to plan. Skool also locks in your price for as long as you stay in your tier, so it won't creep up on you later.
It starts with a conversation, and it's not an application.
Not everyone who asks ends up in the intensive, and that has nothing to do with being good enough. For this to help, you have to be at a place where carrying the old patterns has gotten heavier than the fear of changing them. If it isn't the right season, I'll tell you honestly and point you toward what in the classroom might help in the meantime.
Come talk to me
The people who do well in here tend to be tired. Tired of ending up in the same relationship with people who look different but follow the same patterns, or tired of knowing better and doing it anyway. If that's you, I'd love to hear from you at ahappyhippiewraps@gmail.com. And if now isn't the time, that's okay too. The classroom is full of material you can start with today.
